From years of providing sourcing solutions to companies world wide CRS has setup a process that concentrates on results and guaranties success. Although each case has its uniqueness that requires special attention the following are the steps that are the basic building blocks to a successful and profitable China sourcing solution.

1. Send us your detailed product specifications along with a sample (in most cases     a product sample is a must). A sample product is worth ten thousand words.

2. We will evaluate your product and do an initial research on it. During this time we     assess the availability of the sources.

3. Contracts and payments. We will agree on a payment plan, sign a contract     and/or any other document such as a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

4. This is where most of our work is performed. Your case is assigned to a specific     agent who is experienced in the specific product line. This agent will work on     obtaining a list of qualified manufacturers. This agent will also find out their     pricing information, production capacity and quality of the product of interest     and most importantly obtain production samples from them.

5. The production samples along with our assessment are sent back to you for your     evaluation. After you have chosen one (or more) will start pricing negotiation to     come to a target price.

6. Place a pilot order to further assess the manufacturers capabilities. The assigned     agent will do quality control work before the shipping of products.

7. Place your regular orders as needed. The assigned agent will keep constant     contact with the manufacturer to ensure specified product quality and     required production time is kept.
